Terms of Service

1. The Service

Reqursor provides an AI platform for building, migrating, and operating WooCommerce ecommerce stores. The service includes: AI store generation from natural language, AI-powered migration of existing stores, autonomous 24/7 monitoring and operations, a deterministic execution engine that guarantees deployment correctness, per-store isolation, and a conversational AI interface for store management.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must enable multi-factor authentication when prompted. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Organizations and Team Members

An organization (“tenant”) is the primary billing and isolation unit. Organization admins can invite team members, assign roles (Admin, Operator, Viewer), and manage billing. Each role has defined permissions. See the Team Management section of your dashboard for details.

4. AI-Generated Content

Reqursor's AI generates store declarations (design tokens, page layouts, configurations) based on your natural language input. All AI-generated content is presented for your review via the preview-and-confirm gate before any changes are applied to production stores. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI output before deployment. AI-generated content may require adjustments — placeholder text, stock imagery, and initial configurations are starting points, not final content.

5. The Deterministic Guarantee

Once you confirm an AI-generated (or manually authored) store definition and it is committed to Git, the platform guarantees deterministic execution: the same inputs produce the same deployment, every time. Per-store isolation ensures one store cannot affect another. Every change is auditable and rollbackable to any prior committed state.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Reqursor: store definitions, design tokens, page content, and business data (orders, products, customers). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We use your store configuration data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Billing

Billing is per store per month according to your plan tier (Starter, Agency, Professional, Enterprise). Prices may change with 30 days notice. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect immediately with prorated credits. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Failed payments are retried automatically. Persistent payment failure may result in service suspension after notice.

8. Service Level

We aim for 99.5% platform availability (Control Plane, Dashboard, AI services). Running stores continue operating independently of platform availability. If the AI provider is unavailable, AI features degrade but stores and monitoring continue. We do not guarantee specific deployment times or AI output quality.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to access other organizations' data or stores, circumvent isolation or security controls, use the platform to host malware or conduct attacks, exploit vulnerabilities instead of reporting them through our responsible disclosure process, exceed your plan limits without upgrading.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reqursor provides the AI platform and deterministic execution engine. You are responsible for reviewing AI output, confirming changes, and managing your store content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reqursor is not liable for: AI-generated content that you reviewed and confirmed, business losses resulting from store configuration decisions, data loss in business data volumes (we recommend regular backups), third-party service outages (payment gateways, hosting providers). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You may delete your account through the Data & Compliance section, which initiates a 7-day grace period. During the grace period, stores continue serving traffic but team access is revoked. After 7 days, stores go offline. After 30 days, all data is permanently purged. We may terminate your account for: violation of these terms, persistent non-payment, illegal use, or security threats to the platform. We will provide notice except in cases of imminent security risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated with 30 days notice via email and dashboard notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may export your data and cancel before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
